PA Constitution Study Class

Join us on the first Monday of each month for an engaging class on studying the

Pennsylvania Constitution!

 

Location:
21 Main St., Towanda, PA

Please enter through the door closest to the parking lot (walkout basement level).

 

Time:
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Registration is not necessary - just show up to join in!

  • Mon, Aug. 4: Article VIII – Taxation and Finance

  • Mon, Sept. 8 (2nd Monday): Articles IX – Local Government & Article X – Private Corporations

We have previously studied:

  • Article I – Declaration of Rights

  • Article XI – Amendments

 

Class Materials:

We will use the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 2024. This can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $7 or accessed digitally via a smartphone.

 

About the Host:

Bobette Friend is a retired Literacy Teacher and a Constitution Coach with Rick Green's Patriot Academy. She serves as a District Captain for Lower House 110 and is part of the Regional Team for North Central PA with the Convention of States.  Bobette is passionate about teaching American history, the founders’ original intent, and self-governance.
